I was in the corporate sector for decades when a diagnosis changed my life trajectory dramatically. My typical 10 hour workday with a two hour commute was tossed aside as my body demanded that it be the priority moving forward. I had to find a new way to do what I loved, while healing myself.

I learned that my traditional view of health and work needed to change.

I started seeking out natural solutions and slowly found my way back to myself. My energy and vitality returned and I felt ready to embark on a new career path. After working for others to help businesses build their revenue, I decided to work for myself.
